MBC : Well , Dipendu , how does it feel to be back at Mohun Bagan ?

Dipendu : Mohun Bagan is my mother club . Its a great feeling for me to be back at Mohun Bagan . I am thrilled to be able to experience the magic of a Mohun Bagan - East Bengal match again ! Its really great to be  back .

MBC : You  , once again will be playing under the coaching of veteran Amal Dutta ! How does it feel ?

Dipendu : Oh . Its Great ! It was Amal Sir who gave me recognition , and we rose to the zenith point in 1997 . We won all tounraments excepting the Durand and Fed Cup . I hope we will be able to win many trophies this year too ! 

MBC : You will be playing along with a lot of talents and great players . What do you have to say about your co players this season ? 

Dipendu : They are all very good players . Tomba , Dharamjit , Mani , Noel , Basuda all are equally gems . Also there are a lot of young talents like Shanhya who signed along with me today . I am really thrilled to be playing along with them .  And the presence of Satyada ( Satyajit Chatterjee ) is going to be an added boon for us 

MBC : What happened last season ? 

Dipendu : Ah , Mahindra made  some bogus and baseless claims just to sideline me because they wanted to field their favourite Abhishek Yadav . However past is past . And i dont like to dwell on the past .

MBC : Theres a serious dirth of forwards in our National Team now . Can we expect to see the same Dipendu return back to glory once again ? 

Dipendu : Yes . I have that in mind too . In fact i will have to perform to my best  in the League , Shield , Durand so that i can get selected in the National Team once again .

MBC : What message do you have for the numberous fans of Mohun Bagan ?

Dipendu : I know Mohun Bagan fans have seen  a lot of bad days . But , please stay with us . With your blessings we will try to bring back the glorious days of 1997 once again .!

MBC : Thats the spirit Dipendu ! Keep it up and spread it amongst your teammates .

Dipendu : I will . Thanks a lot !
