PRAWN SUNIL CURREY

Sunil Chhetry, one of the youngest players of the team, scored in the first derby match with East Bengal. Here, in "Boudi's Kitchen", Geeta Chatterjee is presenting an entirely new menu which has the flavor just like this sparkling new star of Mohun Bagan:

Ingredients
Prawn 500gms, Coconut 1/4th, Mustard seeds (1 tablespoon full), Green chillies, Poppy seeds (Posto, 2 teaspoon full), Garlic (4 big seeds), onion (one medium sized), and mustard oil 3 tablespoon full

Preparation
- Dress the prawn well, remove the hard cover and black string. Marinate them with some turmeric and salt. - Take the white portion of the coconut and chopped into small pieces. Make a paste in Mixie. - Make a paste with the mustard seeds and poppy seeds with 3 - 4 green chillies. - Make a paste of the garlic. - Chop the onion into small fine pieces.

Cooking - Take the mustard oil in a Kadhai (deep frying pan), wait until it become hot. - Pour the prawns into the hot oil, stir gently. After 1 minute, put the onions into the oil. - Stir gently. After 1 minute, put the garlic paste, mustard-poppy seed paste, and coconut paste into the Kadhai. - Stir gently and put some water into the kadhai add some salt as you like. Put a cover. Wait for 5 minutes. - Open the cover. Wait till the gravy become thick. Put some green chillies over it to garnish. - Serve with rice.
