C. K. Vineeth’s two late goals sealed the Trophy for Bengaluru FC, in a game that was dragged into Extra Time. Both the goals were scored in the second half of the extra time. The first goal deflected Anas while his second goal beat Debjit after he took a power shot outside the box among 4 Bagan players. Vineeth indeed was the difference between the two sides.
BFC also got two goals, both were cancelled , first due to offside and second for a foul on Sony. However Bagan failed to score from some easy chances, and to win the Trophy Bagan needed to score, which the team couldn’t do.
