Series of errors from referee Santosh did not raise any eye brow as Mohun Bagan get past Shillong Lajong FC by 3-2. Santosh is a referee who is perhapd committed to take decisions that are extremely funny and definitelybraise questions towards his integrity towards Football. Football lovers in India nowadays donot question his ability, as people know there are things beyond repair.
However despite Santosh’s refereeing, Mohun Bagan got past Shiilong Lajong today. The win helps Bagan retain the top position of the table. Meanwhile, any two teams from this group can get into semifinal.
Bagan conceded an early goal as Pritam in order to clear the ball put the ball into own net. Bagan soon ewualized from a Duffy brilliance.
Post the equalizer Bagan made lot of mistakes in the final third. Also a Sony goal was cancelled and two goal line saves were there.

Bagan got few more chances in the second half but wasted again. However Bagan could have conceded goals as well but the defense and Debjit were alert.
