Mohun Bagan won the quarter-final after finishing 1-1 on regulation time before Vishal Kaith saved Jamshedpur’s ninth penalty and Abhi Meitei converted the decisive spot-kick to send the Mariners through. Mohun Bagan will face defending champion NorthEast United FC in the semifinal after the Highlanders defeated Shillong Lajong FC 5-2 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong on Monday.
