Mohun Bagan players icluding Captain Jose Barreto signed in favour of Mohun Baganin IFA Office today. 5 players – Sunil, Nabi, Jewel Raja, Satish Kumar and Mohanraj will sign later.

Mohun Bagan played a practice match against Police AC today morning at their own ground. Bagan won the match by 4-1. Snehasis, Jagtar, Odafa, Barreto scored the goals for Mariners. Barreto scored the goal from free kick. In the match Odafa was lightly injured. J. Murli and Jewel Raja of Mohun Bagan were shown red card in the match.

Mohun Bagan, one of Asia’s oldest clubs (founded 1889) played a practice match against world’s oldest Cricket club, and one of the world’s oldest sports clubs, CC&FC (founded 1792). The game ended in 2-0 in favour of Mohun Bagan. Manish and Sakhtar scored for Bagan in the first half. No goals were scored in the second half, but CC&FC goalkeeper really played well and saved lots of goals. Bagan will play against Police AC on 20th August.

Sakhtar was injured during the second half of the game.
