Surajit Deb was the son of Legendary Amiya Deb, first Derby Hattrick scorer of our beloved Club Mohun Bagan in 1934, scoring all the 4 Goals against EB.

Most unfortunately Surajit passed away last Saturday coincidentally on the Derby day, after a massive heart attack !!
