Mohun Bagan Day (29th July) 2025 Awards

As a mark of tribute to the immortal eleven of 1911, 29th July is celebrated as the “Mohun Bagan Day” every year with pomp and grandeur and the city of Kolkata revels in the euphoria and vibrancy. On this day, the footballing icons and legends are bestowed upon with the prestigious “Mohun Bagan Ratna” award – a token of respect which recognizes and lauds their indispensable contribution towards the club over the years.

Durand Cup 2025 Group Stage Schedule for Mohun Bagan


Mohun Bagan the reigning ISL champion and 17-time Durand Cup winner, will compete in the 2025 edition after initially considering withdrawal. Drawn in Group B with Mohammedan Sporting, Diamond Harbour FC, and Border Security Force, all its group-stage matches will be held in Kolkata at Salt Lake Stadium.

The AIFF has officially paused the Indian Super League for 2025–26, citing ongoing Supreme Court proceedings

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has officially confirmed that the 2025–26 Indian Super League (ISL) season is on hold — at least for now. In a statement released on July 12, the AIFF said that the current situation is under legal review, and a final decision on whether the ISL will go ahead this season will depend on the Supreme Court’s ruling.
